You used our one-time payment link, so the last step is syncing your purchase with your mobile device. If you haven't already, download PadsPass from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
Step 2
Check your email
If you used the same email for checkout as your Apple ID or Google account, your subscription should automatically appear in the app once you log in.
Used a different email? No stress.
If you used a different email at checkout and don't see your subscription in the app yet, no worries. Reach out to us and we'll link your purchase to the correct account and activate your Digital Pet Passport.
